Watch Rugby on ITV Outside UK (Including Ireland)

ITV has a lot of great rugby, including the Premiership, European matches, and internationals. They’re showing the Summer internationals in the new Nations Championship.

Unfortunately, if you’re living in Ireland or elsewhere outside the United Kingdom, you’ll find your access geo-blocked.

In Ireland, Virgin Media is showing Irish matches – but not the other tests. And you may prefer the commentary and coverage of ITV. Read on, I’ve got you sorted.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Install NordVPN (or your chosen VPN) and open the app.
  2. Connect to a UK server (London or Glasgow are great choices).
  3. Go to ITV.com/watch
  4. Create a free ITVX account.
  5. If they ask for a UK postcode, use G2 1AA. It’s in Glasgow.

You’re not accessing anything paid or illegal. This is the same free UK broadcast you’d see if you drove north across the border.

A note on postcodes

If you do a Google search for a UK postcode, you’ll probably be given the one for Buckingham Palace or the House of Parliament. I’ve picked a more normal one for you!
